• What is advertiise.com?

Advertiise.com is an online platform that brings together local, national & global advertising space opportunities from traditional/non-traditional media to new/out-of-the-box advertising opportunities. It showcases, promotes and monetizes advertising space via online directory profiles. The advertiise.com platform connects advertising sellers willing to sell their advertising space, with advertising buyers looking for advertising space to buy. By selling privately, ad space owners/operators can offset some or all of the costs associated with advertising agencies or media buyers. The benefits of the service extend to advertising industry professionals as well, giving them access to the largest range of private and new advertising space around the world, with excellent savings compared to traditional advertising space prices. By offering multiple advertising opportunities over short and long-term advertising campaign periods, advertiise.com fills a gap in the market not currently serviced by the advertising industry professionals.

• How does it work?

Website users can register online for FREE! Advertising Buyers then can search and book advertising space worldwide. By simply using the basic or advanced search options, the website will show all advertising space that matches the request. Once the Buyer has found the advertising space/s of their choice, their selected ad space will go into the shopping cart where it can be purchased. All transactions are responded to within 24 to 48 hours.

If the Buyer has trouble finding the advertising space, they can email Customer Service on info@advertiise.com. Each listing includes up to five images, a basic description of the ad space, target audience, audited statistics, ad space location, availability, price and booking period.

When a transaction is made, the Advertising Seller will receive notification via email. The Seller can view the Buyer’s profile, which contains their name, contact details and reviews. The Seller then either accepts or declines the transaction request. Once accepted, the Buyer and Seller receive the advertiise.com Agreement for sale of advertising space.

• Do I have to be a registered user to book advertising space?

Yes, all users must be registered to purchase advertising space from advertiise.com.

• Are there any fees and charges to use advertiise.com?

It is completely FREE to register and search for advertising space. Upon acceptance and payment of advertising space, the Advertising Buyer pays for the ad space and the Advertising Seller receives the funds from advertiise.com. The Seller agrees to pay advertiise.com a transaction fee for the sale of the advertising space.

• What’s included in the fees and charges?

Advertising Buyers and Sellers can access the world's largest advertising space marketplace. Advertiise.com makes it easy to buy and sell advertising space. We provide assistance with buying and selling ad space, customer support, media assistance & support eg graphic design, production creation etc.

• What happens if I cancel a booking?

The Buyer and/or the Seller may cancel a booking, if the Campaign Period is less than one (1) month, up to seven (7) days prior to the Commencement of Booking without incurring any cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the Commencement of Booking the cancelling party is liable to pay 30% of the Payment Amount to advertiise.com, which the cancelling party agrees is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss which advertiise.com may suffer as a consequence of the late cancellation, and which amount the cancelling party agree to pay to advertiise.com immediately on cancellation.

If the Campaign Period is one (1) month or longer, the Buyer and/or the Seller acknowledge that if they cancel any time before the Commencement of Booking, after they have signed the advertiise.com Agreement for Sale of Advertising Space, the cancelling party (Buyer or Seller) will be liable to pay to advertiise.com a minimum of one (1) month’s Payment Amount, which the cancelling party agrees is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss which advertiise.com may suffer as a consequence of the late cancellation, and which amount the cancelling party agree to pay to advertiise.com immediately on cancellation.

The Buyer and/or Seller may cancel a booking at any time after the Commencement of Booking subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Payment Amount payable under the Contract, which the cancelling party agrees is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss which advertiise.com may suffer as a consequence of the late cancellation, and which amount the cancelling party agree to pay to advertiise.com immediately on cancellation.

• Does advertiise.com provide a Sale of Agreement?

Yes, advertiise.com automatically generates an Agreement for sale of advertising space which is sent to the Advertising Seller and the Advertising Buyer on confirmation of the transaction. As this is a legally binding agreement, both the Buyer and Seller must read and sign it prior to the transaction approval.

• Who does the Advertising Validation Report?

It is the responsibility of the Advertising Seller to provide true and accurate data that the advertising space has in fact been displayed as agreed to in the Transaction agreement. The validation report is performed by the Seller at the time the agreed advertising campaign commences. A proper report involves checking and photographing a number of key areas of the advertising space as well as noting any damage/issues. Both parties must see the Validation Report.

• What happens if the advertising space gets damaged or isn’t displayed as organized?

In the event of minor damage, the Advertising Seller must contact advertiise.com immediately, who in turn will contact the Advertising Buyer. If the damage is deemed to be non-fair wear and tear, the Seller must pay for the damage repair shown in the advertiise.com Agreement for Sale of Advertising Space.

• Who pays for advertising servicing and maintenance?

Normally, the servicing and maintenance of the advertising space is paid for by the Advertising Seller. If the advertising space is represented by a 3rd party media representative, the 3rd party may be responsible for the advertising space servicing and maintenance – depending on the agreement between the Seller and the 3rd party media representative.

• How do I buy advertising space on advertiise.com?

Users can join for FREE and start searching for the advertising space that’s right for you! Just click on the "Sign Up" button and enter your details to start buying advertising space. Once you have selected the ad space that’s right for you, simply add it to your SHOPPING BASKET and make your payment in the CHECKOUT process.

• How does the advertising seller get contacted about my purchase?

Once advertising space purchase has been confirmed by advertiise.com, both the Advertising Buyer and Seller will agree and sign a Buyers Agreement and Sellers Agreement for Sale of Advertising Space. Once complete, any necessary advertising production work will be completed and the advertising content will be transferred to the Seller to display the agreed advertising space.

• Who validates that the advertising space is for sale and that my ad goes live?

It is the responsibility of the Advertising Seller to provide true and accurate data that the advertising space has in fact been displayed as agreed to in the Transaction agreement. The validation report is performed by the Seller at the time the agreed advertising campaign commences. A proper report involves checking and photographing a number of key areas of the advertising space as well as noting any damage/issues. Both parties must see the Validation Report.

• Are there any advertising space usage restrictions?

Yes. All advertising space restrictions are outlined in the advertiise.com Buyers and Sellers Agreement for Sale of Advertising Space, however, please check with the Advertising Seller to see if there are any additional restrictions.

• Does the advertising seller have to service my advertising space?

Normally, the servicing and maintenance of the advertising space is paid for by the Advertising Seller. If the advertising space is represented by a 3rd party media representative, the 3rd party may be responsible for the advertising space servicing and maintenance – depending on the agreement between the Seller and the 3rd party media representative.

• If I have a problem during my advertising campaign, can I call someone for help?

Yes. Please email admin@advertiise.com. Advertiise.com provides full customer support to both Advertising Buyers and Sellers. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding your transaction, please contact us immediately.

• What happens if the advertising Seller breaks the Terms & Conditions of advertiise.com?

On verification that the Advertising Seller has broken the terms of the advertiise.com Agreement for Sale of Advertising Space, advertiise.com can arrange for your ad space content, material and any other items returned to you, including a transaction refund. Fees and charges apply, however, in some circumstances can be passed on to the Advertising Seller.

• What currency do I buy advertising space in?

You can buy advertising space on advertiise.com in your currency. Simply select your currency from the CURRENCY SELECTION drop down at the top of the website.

• How long will it take for my ad to go live?

All advertiise.com transactions are confirmed and processed within 24 hours. Advertising Sellers are contacted immediately once the transaction has been processed. Depending on the advertising medium, this is up to the terms set by the Advertising Seller. If there is an extended delay or the Seller has not displayed your advertising space as agreed to, please email admin@advertiise.com.

• How do I list my advertising space?

Listing your Advertising Space is easy and only takes 5 minutes. Click on "SIGN UP" and fill out the form to register as an Advertising Seller. If you are already registered, simply login with your user name and password and go to Ad Space Listings in the My Account's Ad Listing section. Click on ADD ADVERTISING SPACE and complete the details form. You can always update your contact details, Ad Space listing details and change your Ad Space availability status at any time.

• How do I price my advertising space?

Being part of the advertiise.com network is exciting and a new shift for the advertising industry. It means that you can start selling your new or existing advertising space with us. You are officially in the advertising real estate business, and it has real value. We can help you with how to best price and place your ads on advertiise.com.

The process of deciding how much to charge for those ads can be a little overwhelming for first timers and even the most experience media seller, so we want to make sure you start off on the right foot.

Starting with the Right Price

There's no actual standard for pricing an ad. You are the Seller and you have full control over pricing. Placement, size and number of the overall ads affect the price. In order to have a great start, it's best to browse the directory and look for similar sites within your niche that are currently performing very well. You can use those as a guide for pricing your advertising space.

Know your competition

Your competition will be your best source to build a foundation for your advertising space pricing. Search for advertising space similar to yours on advertiise.com and see what your competition is offering for similar ad space. They have already set the average price and a price your potential customers are comfortable paying. However, don't sell yourself short or price your ad space so high that no one in your market will demand it or pay for it. Researching advertising space like yours can also give you an idea of the types of advertisers that may be attracted to your advertising space and what it is worth.

Plan where the Advertising will be displayed

Finding just the right space for your advertising space is crucial to the success of your ad sales now and in the long run. Too many Ads? Not enough Ads? Find the Happy Medium

Displaying too many ads can deter an advertiser from seeing any value in your advertising space. There are many examples for venues or events or websites or magazines which have so many ads that it becomes a turn-off and a distraction that can easily become ignored. This might work for a little while, but it may not work well in the long run – ultimately decreasing the value of your advertising space and hurt your long-term ad sales. On the other hand, it would be a waste to under-utilize your valuable advertising space. You don't want to be too apprehensive about having more than one ad in your café, on your property or on your website either. There is a happy medium, and once you find it, everyone will be happy: you, your advertisers, and your visitors.

Price your Ad Space accordingly

It is important that you don't price your advertising space too high or too low. Pricing too high may not get you any sales. Pricing too low may get you quick sales, but you will be making less than you should be making compared to market pricing.

Patience Patience Patience…

If your ads are priced right, and if you have a decent amount of traffic with an "Advertise Here" callout on your site, you should start receiving ad sales soon. The time it takes to start filling up your ad spots can range anywhere from one week to a few weeks or more. This wait-time can depend on several factors - many of which are out of your control and that have nothing to do with how you priced or placed the ad space. It may be best to wait about 4-6 weeks before trying to make any changes to your ad options. Reducing prices just because you haven't sold an ad in a few days may not be a good idea. But if there are no ad sales after several weeks, it may be time to do some more research and evaluate your ad prices or the placement or quantity of your ads to see if they may need to be altered. Avoid Frequent Price Increases

If you raise the price of your ads too frequently, you risk frustrating your advertisers and disrupting existing and future customer purchases - to possibly never come back to advertise on your site again. Obtaining advertisers is a good goal to have, but retaining advertisers is even more important. Raising the price of the advertising space too frequently may send the wrong message to your current customers that their money is more important to you than their loyalty as a customer. It is important to keep good relationships with your advertisers for current and future ad sales. If your advertising space is successful and its popularity is increasing, that's great. But instead of raising the price too frequently as it grows, you may want to work out a price-increase strategy that allows you to evaluate your market situation and consider an increase in price to a fair amount every six or twelve months, depending on your rate of growth. Something also to consider is a price reduction on your advertising space as competition grows and competitors become more aggressive in your marketplace.

• Can I list multiple ads?

Yes, once registered you can list as many Advertising Space listings as you wish. Simply SIGN IN with your user name and password and go to the Ad Space Listing in the My Account section.

• How do I manage my listings and/or advertising space transactions?

Both Advertising Buyers and Sellers can manage Advertising Space listings or transactions from their online account. They can view the status of booking requests, get access to Buyer or Seller information, view/download forms and email customer support.

• What happens if the Advertising Buyer doesn’t pay?

The Advertising Seller will always get paid. When an Advertising Buyer completes a transaction, the money is transacted via the advertiise.com payment gateway. The Advertising Seller is then paid by advertiise.com. We ensure that the Seller will always get paid once a transaction has been confirmed and processed.

• I just sold an ad. Why isn't the payment from the sale in my account yet?

When an Advertising Buyer makes a payment for an ad, it can sometimes take a couple of days to clear. Once this payment has cleared, it will be added to your account balance. Advertiise.com will notify you when a transaction has been confirmed, processed and paid to you.

• What happens if the advertising Buyer breaks the Terms & Conditions of advertiise.com?

On verification that the Advertising Buyer has broken the terms of the advertiise.com Agreement for Buying Advertising Space, advertiise.com can arrange for the ad space content, material and any other items removed from your Advertising Space. Fees and charges apply, however, in some circumstances can be passed on to the Advertising Buyer.

• What happens if the advertising space is damaged or vandalized?

Once an advertising space transaction is confirmed and approved, management of the advertising space is the responsibility of the Advertising Seller or a 3rd party representing the advertising space on behalf of the Seller. If the advertising space is deemed stolen, vandalized, damaged or there are problems placing the advertising space as confirmed, please notify us immediately and we will provide all the available information to the Advertising Buyer. In the event that the advertising space transaction cannot be completed as confirmed, a claim can be lodged by emailing admin@advertiise.com.

• Can I give my advertising space to advertiise.com to sell on my behalf?

Yes – advertiise.com can represent your advertising space. This is an easy and convenient service for people who just don't wish to manage the whole selling process themselves. Advertiise.com has a national sales team dedicated to finding an Advertising Buyer for your advertising space and having your ad space booked out on a regular basis. • What currency do I sell advertising space in?
